Our service areas are Gregg County, Harrison County, Marion County, Morris County, Cass County, Rusk County, Smith County, Upshur County, Van Zant County, Wood County, & Rains County.

- Those who live within the city limits of Longview are not eligible.
- Those who live in Harrison County are not eligible.
- By Law, Anyone who is a Medicaid recipient is not eligible.
Champion EMS offers subscription membership for no more than $48.00 per household.
Fees are prorated depending on your membership join date. Your Subscription fee can guarantee no additional out-of-pocket expense for emergency/medically necessary ambulance use provided by Champion EMS.
Subscription Membership includes services provided by the Flight for Life helicopter.
Plus, enrollment in our subscription program is offered year round, not just one designated time a year. The use of Champion EMS emergency services must be medically necessary to be covered under our Subscription Program.
Medicaid recipients are not eligible.
The Annual Membership fee is $48.00 for 12 months. All memberships expire March 31st of each year. Champion EMS offers Membership year round. Fees are prorated depending on when Membership is began. One $48.00 Annual Subscription fee per household covers all family members who live at the same residential address.
